For their 140,000-square-foot Los Angeles office, TCW partnered with Gensler and Sheridan Group to create a sophisticated, high-performance workspace tailored to the needs of their growing team. Sheridan Group oversaw the intricate furniture specifications and managed the full procurement, delivery, and installation process. The scope included 566 workstations, 98 private offices, and a variety of ancillary spaces designed to support collaboration, focus, and client engagement.
